With a significant operational portfolio, you'll be required to focus on a regional element covering everything generated in the portfolio in the region. The role will provide a varied remit advising across L&T, estate management along with acquisition and disposal. Travel to and throughout the region will be expected and, from time to time, you'll cover a lot of ground. It all adds up to a challenge which we hope you're looking for? MRICS at least 2-year PQE

Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals
As an Estates Surveyor. you'll assume responsibility for a programme of L&T negotiations to include rent reviews and lease renewals as well as handling estate management of the portfolio. Like we said, from time to time there will be an involvement in acquisitions, relocations and assignments of leases which you will handle. Actively highlighting opportunities with respect to income and outlay optimisation.
You will be a Chartered Surveyor with impressive negotiation and communication skills, along with commercial astuteness and a proactive attitude to working. You should have gained your experience in a similar role or within a retail consultancy.
