Our client is a highly dynamic Property Company and their focus is land development. Their Development Managers secure land projects to enhance the value of the investment, through the planning process, to produce a mixture of economically beneficial new uses for future development.
A new initiative has dictated the appointment of more Development Managers to focus on the South East of England and broader Southern England to source new opportunities. Our client is looking for expertise and qualifications (RICS/MTRPI) to progress schemes through the planning process. A distinctive flair is required for sourcing and negotiating agreements with landowners. Our client has a bourgeoning land bank and major funding is in place for future acquisitions.

You may a diverse background, either in commercial or residential but motivation and mindset will provide a distinct advantage.
Ideally, you will have at least five year's experience in a similar Land Development Manager capacity but looking to move into a company that is committed to land development and investment. A salary to reflect your experience to date, scope to increase your ability and knowledge supported by a significant bonus potential to reward your successes and effort.
