By using our website (thomasjeffrey.com) and sending through information in applying for employment or related job search you agree to the use, we make in accordance with this Policy, of all personal data you provide to us or we collect from you.

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers provided by Eclipse Software Ltd.  We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

We will never sell your data to a third party. We never have and never will.

Thomas Jeffrey reserves the right to change third party service providers and will notify you within reason should Thomas Jeffrey as or remove a third provider.

Access to information

The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act and provided within 14 days. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you and we require you to prove your identity with 2 pieces of approved identification.
