You will be managing a varied multi let commercial portfolio, where your responsibilities will include; rent collecting, dealing with service charges, overseeing contractors, dealing with tenants and applications to alter and sublet. The role will include frequent travelling, undertaking property inspections across your designated region.
Ideally, you will be a Chartered Surveyor, with current experience, with a good working knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and the ability deliver exceptional service to clients. This is an excellent opportunity to join a national company with further opportunities for career progression.
