A global company with distinct brands, looking to increase their UK market share through development of their operational outlets over the next 5 years. This will involve refurbishment of existing portfolio and construction of new outlets. A field based operation reporting to UK Headquarters in Northern Home Counties on a weekly basis.
We require a Construction Manager who has the development experience and construction skills to ensure the business plan and associated growth is achieved. Distinct knowledge in the retail sectors of both high street and out-of-town is required. Familiar with working in a retailing environment and distinct understanding of the construction development process, you will have the confidence to lead our development programme, handling multi-site projects to ensure smooth delivery of new outlets.
We are seeking a construction professional with retail experience. You may already operate at this level; you may be looking to step up into a lead position - our client is keen to consider both. Your confidence will inspire people and get the best from those working around you. Your qualifications (RICS/CIOB) and operation to date will enable you to apply the necessary controls to ensure high standards are maintained throughout schemes and within budget.
