BSc (Hons) Estate Management and equivalent MRICS/AssocRICS
A working knowledge of property law
Client Side – Major Fund
Nationwide travel

Due to their ever expanding portfolio our client is looking to add a Management Surveyor to an existing in house management team, responsible for a national portfolio of specialist private health care buildings.

You will assist and support the team during a process of portfolio integration and increased provision of in house management services. Undertake day to day property management activities across the portfolio including lease compliance, service charge, contractor management, inspections and tenant reviews.

Specific Requirements

A good understanding and experience of landlord and tenant skills, particularly lease interpretation and compliance.
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
To provide advice and support to our Helpdesk and service charge administration staff on contractual and technical queries.
Strong contract management skills and experience of working with PPM contractors
Service charge management including budget and reconciliation procedures.
Ensure occupiers are aware of their maintenance and servicing liabilities in accordance with their lease.
